During the Oscars, the cinema workers paid tribute to the legend of the National Basketball Association (NBA) Kobe Bryant, who died in January in a helicopter crash.

According to RT, during the ceremony, which was held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, on the big screen appeared an image of a smiling Bryant and one of his quotes: "Life is too short to get stuck in place and lose motivation. You have to go forward."
