Russia called on the UK government to put an end to intrigues related to poisonous substances and not to hamper the investigation into the case of poisoning former Russian military intelligence officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday.

"We call on Theresa May’s government to put an end to the intrigues with chemical agents and not to hamper the investigation into what happened to the Russian citizens in Britain," Zakharova said.
