Pashinyan is not a good diplomat.

Karen Karapetyan, the acting prime minister of Armenia, said in an interview with Shant television.

"I do not know if Mr. Pashinyan has a great deal of experience in negotiating, but I have an interesting experience in negotiating. My experience covers different directions. So far, I have not lost the negotiation process. Being a good orator does not mean being a good diplomat yet, "he said.
