President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva have arrived in Mingachevir district for a visit.

Kanal24 informs that President Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva first laid flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city.

Head of Mingachevir District Executive Authority Niyazi Bayramov informed President Ilham Aliyev and the first lady of the landscaping works carried out around the city.
