Dozens of people gathered in the West Bank city of Hebron on Tuesday to celebrate the 17th birthday of imprisoned Palestinian activist Ahed al-Tamimi, which is on January 31. The celebration of Tamimi's birthday was held in the neighborhood of Ghaith near the Tomb of the Patriarchs.

During the celebration, people brought out a cake featuring Tamimi's face. Israeli troops were seen securing the area during the celebration.
