A pardon order is expected to be signed in Azerbaijan on the eve of Novruz Holiday.

Kanal24 reports that the Commission of Pardon under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will hold a meeting today to review appeals for pardon.

After several meetings of the commission, the final list of the people to be pardoned will be submitted to the president.
