On Tuesday, January 23, the US vice-president completed his Middle East tour and flew from Israel to Washington.
Michael Pence arrived in Israel on January 21 after a visit to Egypt and Jordan.
On January 22, he spoke in the Knesset and held talks with the head of the Israeli government, Benjamin Netanyahu. On January 23, the US Prime Minister met with President Reuven Rivlin and visited the Yad Vashem Memorial Complex and the Wailing Wall.
Around 5pm, he flew from Israel to the United States. Around the same time, Benjamin Netanyahu flew to Switzerland to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos.
