Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov departed for working visit to Vienna. Minister Mammadyarov will have meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, FM of Armenia and will attend the 24th OSCE Ministerial Council to be held on December 7-8, 2017.

At the OSCE Ministerial Council Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver a speech and will have a number of bilateral meetings.
