As reported by Vesty.co.il, the film "Do not Forget Me" by Israeli director Ram Nahari was awarded the Grand Prix of the XXXV International Film Festival in Turin.
The prizes for the best male and female roles were taken by the actors in the film, Mun Shavit and Nitai Gvirts.
The premiere of the film took place in the framework of the Haifa Film Festival, where the work of Rama Nahari was also awarded the main prize. It is noteworthy that this comedy is purely Israeli, moderately sad, slightly sentimental and fairly cynical. There is no hint of a "Palestinian-Israeli conflict" in it, although most of the Israeli films receiving awards from international film festivals are devoted to this very theme.
Torino Film Festival - the second most prestigious in Italy after the Venetian. Most of the films presented in the competition program are created by young filmmakers, but there are also works of coryphaeus.
The jury awards awards for the best film, the best acting work, the best script. In addition, there are special prizes, including in the field of documentary filmmaking.
