One person was killed and four people were hospitalized when a car hit pedestrians in the Finnish capital of Helsinki, local media reported Friday.

Some people received minor injuries and were treated on site.

The driver, 55, of the vehicle, who is currently in police custody, reportedly appeared to have been intoxicated.
