Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan.

The document envisages the expansion of cooperation between businessmen of the two countries, exchange of information on market research and investment projects, establishment of joint ventures, as well as participation in fairs and business events.
The sides discussed current state of relations in various spheres of economy and, especially, opportunities for expanding trade cooperation. They emphasized the importance of Azerbaijani-Pakistani relations, saying they reached the level of strategic partnership.
Opportunities for expanding cooperation in investments, industry, tourism, transport, cargo transportation, agriculture, food products manufacturing, creation of joint ventures, encouragement of investment projects, as well as results of Azerbaijani export mission to Pakistan were also discussed.
