Sheep saved rabbits from flooding

In New Zealand, wild rabbits climbed back on the sheep to save themselves from flooding.

As reported July 26, RIA Novosti, referring to the Associated Press, on the unusual behavior of animals drew the attention of a local resident Ferg Horn, who has been engaged in farming for about 50 years. According to him, he had never seen anything like it.

According to the man, he took his neighbor's sheep off the flooded territory, when he noticed that some "dark spots" flashed in the herd. Horn confessed that he was puzzled, since his neighbor did not have black sheep.

The farmer came closer and saw that three wild rabbits had climbed onto the sheep. He noted that in the end he took the animals to a safe place, and added that the rabbits felt very comfortable on the backs of the sheep.
