Democratic, fair parliamentary elections were held in Azerbaijan.

 Members of the observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PA BSEC) said this.

"We closely monitored the process and did not record negative cases at polling stations. I congratulate the people of Azerbaijan on such democratic elections. Voters elected their deputies themselves," said mission member, Turkish parliamentarian Jemal Ozturk.
